# IBC Relayers and Tokens

The Inter-Blockchain Communication (IBC) protocol enables XION to interoperate with other blockchains in the Cosmos ecosystem and beyond. This document outlines XION's current IBC connections, and provides information on IBC token denominations.

## Established IBC Connections <a href="#established-ibc-connections" id="established-ibc-connections"></a>

XION maintains active IBC connections with multiple networks. Below are the details of the currently established channels.
